Client satisfaction is our priority. Based on the laws of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce, you can replace or return a product in the event of any damaged purchase and if the hair color is not suitable for you. The product has to be returned within 7 days of the date it reaches you.
Exchange and Return Procedure
1- Communicate with customer service during official working hours or via e-mail.
2- Please ensure that the products you wish to return have not been used and are returned in their original condition and packaging. Any products used or returned with damaged packaging will not be accepted and will be considered non-replaceable.
3- The replacement or restoration of hair extensions will not be accepted in the event that the thermal adhesive is opened, as well as the bars in the case of lace cutting, in order to ensure the health of our clients.
4- Upon receiving replacement or return requests, our team will contact the designated shipping company to arrange the receipt of the product from you within the Kingdom only.
5- In the event of customer dissatisfaction with the product for personal reasons, the customer would bear the shipping costs of 26 riyals, owing that the product was sound and in original package.
6- In the case of payment through credit card, the payment shall be reimbursed within 7 to 14 working days.
7- We apologize that we won’t be able to for replace or return special requests that are designed based on the client"s wish.
8- Requests for personal use are neither returned nor replaced in the interest of our clients" safety.

Can I return my order?
All return requests for hair extensions are to be made within 7 days of delivery under the condition that the hair extensions should not have been “opened, worn, or altered”. Halawah Beauty Hair Extensions come with a tester weft, which can be opened for a trial to see if the length or color suits you but the original product itself should not be opened. Our Hair extensions are packaged with a security seal sticker, which identifies if the extensions have been opened or not. Also the tester cannot be dyed, cut, or tampered for your order to qualify for a return or exchange.
Why my Halawah Beauty Hair Extension can’t be returned after opening?
Keeping that Human hair extensions come under sensitively hygienic products, we make sure that safety of our customers is intact. We do not cater to returns or exchanges, if the safety seal on the packaging has been broken. We follow all industry standards.
What is the process of returning my Halawah Hair Extension?
You should reach us out within 7-days after the order is received. Halawah Beauty Hair Extensions must be shipped back in their original packaging without any damage or opening. In case, the packaging is known to be ruined, the return will be not be accepted.
How much time will my refund take?
Once the products are well checked and meet the requirements for return or exchange, a full refund will be made at the original billing/payment account. Banks in Saudi Arabia mostly take an average of 3-5 business days to process any refunds; however, it might take longer at times so just be patient. For International orders, please allow up to 15 business days before contacting us.
